Who's got this game?! It came out today in the United States. I personally don't have it, cuz I don't use the Xbox 360. But if I had one, this is the game I would get, this and Halo 3. Perhaps the most sophisticated game ever in terms of rendering the human body.

No shitting. If the Xbox 360 has a killer app, it's Dead or Alive Xtreme 2. Even I'll admit that the PlayStation 3 doesn't have anything to compete in this genre. But what pisses me off is that the project leader claimed that he would stick with the most powerful console everytime he made a DoA. And Wikipedia has said that this proved to be a lie when he decided to make Dead or Alive for the Xbox.

I've said this before, and I'm going to say it again, IGN is shit!!! For video games, I only use GameSpot, because it's the best. Dead or Alive Xtreme 2 is a revolution in video games because for the first time, you can control people in an environment that isn't about eating mushrooms and jumping into blocks.

yes, and if you buy a 360 a a specific store in redmond (i cannot remember which one) you get 12 free game rentals at hollywood video, to see which games ytou want to buy/play for fun.

i think its compusa, but anyway, this game is really an overall waste of $60

Well, if I had an Xbox 360, that would be the game I would be playing until Halo 3 comes out. Kind of goes to show how many good games the Xbox 360 has.

i think creative is a better word than innovative as there are no really unique control schemes or anything like that.

Good, I hate it when people talk about something but call it something else. Like when people say SOCOM 2 when they mean SOCOM U.S. Navy SEALs: Fireteam Bravo 2 for the PlayStation Portable, cuz there is already a SOCOM 2: U.S. Navy SEALs game for the PlayStation 2.

On that note have you gotten SOCOM combined assult?

Not yet, I'm still contemplating it. It's more of a SOCOM 3.5, so I just don't know.

that game looks pretty good. SOCOM has some confusing names with all the subtitles it is hard to tell them apart.
