Clarification: We delete stuff that could get KL in trouble, like guides on how to get illegal electronic material. However, this topic is about the legality of programs such as Limewire, and alternative legal content that is shared on programs (actually, Limewire is only a client), of Gnutella/Bittorrent/etc. People saying that they use things like Limewire won't get us in trouble, just as RaptorJesus's talks of possibly using illegit substances won't get us into trouble, either.

You could, if you can accept the repercussions that come with it. All of us are free, just some of the consequences that come from actions are less desirable than others.

As long as it doesn't get KL into trouble. Posting warez here would probably get KL into trouble, so the answer to that would be no. However, merely discussing the subject of warez is completely permissable.

In that quote, I was merely reinforcing my previous comment: I have no objection to any such discussion. However, actually engaging in it through KL is not allowed. There really isn't any contradiction between these two quotes.

I still find no objection to anybody mentioning what they illegally download. It in no way incriminates KL and is a fine subject for discussion. Stuff like this could be very relevant to a discussion on the morality of illegal downloading.
