That's cool, except that you have to drive with a licensed driver. But once you get your drivers license your on your own. My brother just got his permit a couple weeks ago.

i have 9 more hours of practice till i can get my liscense... i hear they don't check it but i need more practice... i'll probably get it in January (when i predict i get my liscense, my friend gets his 6 months and my other friend is ungrounded from driving)

Yes, why wouldn't it be? I don't know how the american drivers licens test works.

I am particularly interested as it seems the testing there is more sufficient.

Here, we have a 36 question multiple-choice test with several freebies (does alcohol impair your capabilities and the sort) and you can get up to 4 wrong. And with a 1 in 3 chance on any question you don't know. Nothing about signs or "get one wrong and fail".
