Although I personally think that most movies should appeal to everyone, the James Bond films are often considered "man movies" cuz they've got the sexy women and stuff.

I watched the Devil Wears Prada and liked it.
I also watched the James Bond movie with some girls and guys and everybody liked it. Especially the Chris Cornell song. Which I believe everybody now has...
Plus, the gender gap is getting smaller.

Yeah. I mean like, just by the definition, it's considered more appealing.

There is such thing as a man movie. "Saving Private Ryan," "Band of Brothers," and "Platoon," are all good examples.

Yeah, I've seen it. Kind of sad, but brilliant performance by Tom Cruise.
Yes, there are man movies, but they're better known as lez porn.
Joking aside, James Bond movies could be considered to be a bit more enticing to males rather than females. So yes, just as there are chick flicks, there are man movies.
Can we come up with a better term than man movies? I'm no homophobe, but "man movies" sounds a little gay.

A good name would just be "guy movies."
Anyways, of course some movies are geared towards specific genders.
