That's what happens when you don't exercise regularly.

Actually, it's not attributed to lack of excercise. It's called "Wii Elbow"

QUOTE(Wikipedia)
In response to the suggestion that Wii may be responsible for the aforementioned injury, Perrin Kaplin, Nintendo's VP Marketing responded by saying: "[The Wii] was not meant to be a Jenny Craig supplement. If people are finding themselves sore, they may need to exercise more". [1]

Pwnt.

EDIT:
QUOTE(wsj)
Nintendo's new system forces players to move their bodies, causing aches for some couch potatoes; a case of 'Wii elbow'

Anyways, people are over-exerting themselves with the Wii. It doesn't require that much movement.

QUOTE(Wikipedia)
The etiology of the condition is the irritation and inflammation of the extensor tendon originating at the epicondyles of the humerus.

I'm not sure how exercise might be able to prevent irritation of the tendon.

Good job, I replied to Predator's sore arms and I get that response.

You probably didn't catch my edit either. If you exercise regularly, you should know how far your body can go before you get things like that.

Mmk, right, 20 boxes probably isn't enough to irritate tendons.

But if you play alot your score will go off the chart literally. but reason i hurt is cause i was so into it it was like i was in a real fight.

Nice, so the Wii is a health hazard. That's why people should use EyeToy Kinetic for the PlayStation 2.
