The simpsons movie was really funny...makes me want to start to watch the simpsons now.

I loved the ties to the environment, and cultural references to things from the president to bands.

Of course, the plot is all full of holes, but that isn't the point of the Simpsons Movie, is it?

but the movie does point out the irony that you are paying to see something that you could watch on tv for free.

How would you even notice in a dark movie theater, surrounded by crowds of people, while you're watching the film?

Hey im gonna go to a movie theater and sit in a dark room and look at all the hot girls. Unfortunately, since im human, i cant see in the dark, and so i wont be able to see any of the hot girls, unless they're sitting next to me, but naturally they wont be sitting next to me cause i dont actually know any hot girls, so in reality i will just be paying 7-ish dollars or whatever to sit in a dark room and stare at a dark form that i think is a hot girl and rejoice in the fact that im looking at one even though i cant actually see her.

oh and by the way, im sure plenty of you will think my friends are hot, i just prefer not to describe people as such.

If you're in a movie theater to see girls, mayhap 'twould be better to look at the screen? Unless you're watching a homosexual film, you're bound to find one there. Now if you're looking for a relationship, you might try a location other than a movie theater - it's rather difficult to meet someone new there. Finally, the Simpsons Movie isn't exactly a chick flick.

it was more of a guy movie... (like the simpsons is more of a guy show then a girl show from what i've seen)
