Hmm... it might be rephrased as, "This is how many downloads I've gotten as of November 10, 2007."

It says she's from the US, so she wouldn't use that format. Furthermore, she said "for week ending", which makes it seem like a deadline. If it was an update date, then it would be more specific.

Last week it said, "for week ending 3/11/07."

for week ending means that it was the count for the week that ended on that day

No, she meant "total downloads as of the week ending <date>"

Why not just specify the day? The week ending part was irrelevant, and made it seem like she was speaking of the future.
