Obama won the caucus in Iowa against Senator Edwards and Hilary Clinton.

Clinton was third.

I'm surprised. I never thought that Obama would make it, and here it is, and Obama stands a huge chance! Wow.

And Clinton...in third place...With all of her credentials, I would have thought that she'd score higher.

What do you guys think of these recent results?

Edit: I'm sorry, I meant Iowa instead of Ohio.

Um, what? The Ohio primary hasn't even happened; its scheduled for March 4th. Are you talking about the Iowa Caucus?

I party support Obama on this one because Hilary Clinton is a deceptive, typical Washington politician who thinks that she can win by backstabbing, playing on other candidate's wrongs and people's fears, and generally being all sneaky. Obama has a positive message which is refreshing considering that the candidates for the last 100 years or so have spent the elections taking potshots at each other.

Still, none of the Democratic or the Republican candidates are very fit to lead the country, in my opinion. The only person who honestly believes every word that he has spoken (which is an excellent quality) is Ron Paul. And maybe Joe Biden. But he dropped out, so never mind.

Thanks for the correction. Gosh...winning in Iowa and then losing in New Hampshire...gotta be a tough week for Obama.

I lived in Iowa for like 2 years.
