Soo... college. Wait, I stopped posting before summer break right? So I spent all 2 grand of my graduation money over summer break, mostly on assorted herbs. I currently attend the University of Maine at Orono. My declared major is Engineering Physics, although this semester I dropped a course vital to said major and intend to change it to Computer Engineering with a potential double major in Electrical Engineering. Right now I'm sitting in a dorm room on my friend Michelle's bed drinking Jose Cuervo and eating limes. Last semester I got a 2.49 GPA. This semester I'm taking calculus 3, physics 2, intro to c++ for engineers, and philosophy totaling 15 credits after I dropped machine tool lab. It was just too intense for me.

I hope there's still enough activity here now that I've settled in and have time to frequent online forums.

party.gif I could make a joke about The Second Coming... but nah.

"Assorted herbs"... I wonder what that could be... whistle.gif

Anyways, sweetness. Computer Engineering will be the future, you know. And Electrical Engineering is what my dad teaches. Which college are you at? Edit: Stupid question.

Right now, my goal in life is pretty much to get into MIT. It's a pretty lofty goal, but at least it's motivation to do something. If it weren't for MIT, I wouldn't be pursuing the study of electromagnetism. I'm planning on taking the AP test for that even though my school doesn't offer the class.

Over the summer... eh... what did I do over the summer... I don't even remember. There was... driving school? Hmm. I probably wasted most of my time on video games.

I decided to try taking AP Music Theory... yeah... it's not quite working out. Who was the brilliant one who decided to try to make standardized tests for music and art anyhow? Standardized creativity doesn't work.

you mean they offer an ap test on electromagnitism? that's intense...

Well, AP Physics B or C or whichever one is cooler is broken into two parts, and our school only teaches one half.

Yah, I'm thinking of taking that independent study thing with myncknm. I'm looking to get into MIT too, if possible. I'm probably gonna have around 12 AP's once I'm done with high school, and although my GPA is probably going to be 3.8 maximum, my rock-star charisma (sort-of cough) and assortment of extra-curriculars might make up for that.

Oh yeah, and RaptorJesus's return has pretty much made my day. Maybe I'll actually end up getting some work done today... hmm.
