Gas prices are definitely rising nowadays.
http://www.gasbuddy.com/gb_retail_price_chart.aspx?time=60Looking at this chart, gas prices have on average dropped during wintertime and risen in the summer. However, this winter, the prices have stayed approximately the same instead of dropping. It's starting to rise again. How high do you guys think it will get this summer? Are the gas prices affecting you in any manner?

When the gas was around $2.70 something during the holidays, the media told us that after the holiday season the gas prices will finally fall. Well since then they've been steadily rising, now there at $3.08, $3.10 and higher. And no, this isn't friggin California.

Dude, im going to underline this to show how important this is,
No one, ever did, does, or will drive crazier than Quebecois, (Quebecers if you don't know) I know this cause i lived in montreal for 2 years, so it's coming from experience.

I spent two weeks in canada this summer, the first of which entirely in quebec, and I'll agree that everyone there drives like a chimpanzee. They will seriously pass you just to drive 2 kph faster than you. It's ridiculous.
More on topic, gas around here is about 3 and a quarter and I'm getting sick of paying upwards of $50 to fill my tank.

Haha, you are so wrong. Ever been to Russia? The breakdown lane counts as a full lane of traffic there, and if the flow of traffic gets too large in one direction, people will actually STEAL one of the lanes from the opposite direction. Seriously.

most of europe, if you go the speed limit, you will be a pancake in a matter of seconds. And they dont pass you, they just ride your tail going 100 odd kilometers an hour...
and the motorcycles in italy pass you in between the lanes on both sides...

In some country--I forgot which--it's more dangerous to stop at an intersection than to continue because if you stop you'll probably be rear-ended.
In China the talk is that if a driver accidentally runs you over, s/he would save money by running you over again because a death costs less in compensation fees than an injury.
